“I received services from Klarity and initially even referred others to the practice. I was sold an expensive package, a little strange for healthcare, and when I tried to schedule my appointment I was not receiving calls back in a timely manner. When I shared my concerns and asked to be removed from the “package program”, the staff got defensive but eventually let me out of their program. Recently I called to make a single appointment and was told I can no longer make appointments because I complained previously. Be clear, this is a business first that pushes patients to give 5 star ratings, not patient care first. In my experience they take advantage of vulnerable people and drop them if those patients express concerns or are not signing up for expensive long-term “packages.””

Initially the patient portal was a struggle but they quickly switched to a new portal which is easy to use and it is easy to communicate with Avery when needed. Avery is also responsive which I appreciate considering the busy world of mental health. Thank you 😊”
