Long ago I was put off of mental health care due to a therapist that broke my trust, but the professional I’ve been seeing is definitely helping to build that trust back. I’m still at the beginning of this journey, but I feel very good about LifeStance and I’m hopeful that they’ll continue to be a big part of my recovery and overall success with taming the demons. I’ve felt heard and seen with my concerns and so far I’ve never felt judged or anything. Overall, I’m very happy with this choice!”

“Look, the ONLY reason I gave you 5 stars is because my therapist is absolutely amazing and I don’t want it to affect their job. Your receptionists and customer service reps though, need trained before trying to book anything for would be clients. Must I remind you this is for Mental health… tighten up a bit. It took 1/2 an hour to even find my therapist in YOUR database! Then I had no idea it would be $320 until it was time to talk to her. I have insurance, I hope to God you’re not saying that is my copay!! Getting to my therapist should never take jumping through hoops. Do better!”

“Staff has been more than accommodating, and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor in my opinion. Dr Baker has met me where I’m at. non judgmental, and has my best interest at heart. I have tried a few other doctors, and none have met the bar. If you are in need of a therapist or psychiatrist your looking is over. Start here!”

“I would definitely NOT see a provider here, which is sad because they’re great but the front staffing and billing are absolutely ridiculous. For them to be a place centered around helping people who are struggling they sure don’t make it any easier when they’re pulling nonsense. On top of that, I suddenly lost insurance through my job and called on Friday to cancel the appointment for Monday until I could get something figured out and they still charged me $75+ dollars. I had to file a whole dispute and have to wait 2 weeks to even hear a response. This place does not care about their people, ONLY THEIR WALLETS!!!”
