“Called for a new patient consult, they took insurance info and said I’d receive a call after their team looked at insurance and whatever else they needed. It took them 2 weeks to figure this all out, I called 4 times in the 2 weeks looking for an update. Finally, the 4th call I was told looks like we can schedule. Ok great, not sure why no one could call me to schedule if everything has been cleared. We show up for the appt and the receptionist says we don’t have you on the schedule, we can get you in another day. Excuse me?? It’s taken 2 weeks to get this appt and we are no where on your schedule. The manager Kelli came out and said the same thing. Absolutely will not return here. Would much rather pay out of pocket at least I can be confident we won’t get brushed away for something that wasn’t even our mistake.”

“Have had multiple appointments canceled or rescheduled on their end. I'm suppose to call when I have a problem and when I do call I never hear anything back. No one should have to wait weeks until an appointment when they were instructed to call if something happens. When I get to the appointment and explain I've been calling all i get is sorry. So if you're cool with not getting an answer back within a appropriate time then this place is for you.”
